Good Point -

It is really too early to do this shit, since your not seeing the top teams going head to head, but what the hell -

feel free to put your top 5 in and I'll get my BB Gun ready

Can't say I really disagreed with your picks Scott. Its just that your logic was jacked up. While the Chargers and Bears have played horrible teams, they have dominated those teams and deserve a top 5 ranking.

I'm not hating on the Bengals, but I think Palmer needs to face a real defense to see how far he has come mentally regarding that knee. If he responds well against Pittsburgh than I will definitely have them in the top 5.

Far better to set on the sidelines and chuck rocks

OK after 3 weeks......

1. Bears (Rex Grossman MVP? - welcome to Bizzaro world)
2. Bengals (Biggest obstacle could be Ohio Penal system)
3. Seahawks (running game looked bad before we knew Shaun was lame)
4. Colts (Can't run the ball, can't stop the run - yea that's a recipe for playoff success)
5. Ravens - (vs. Clowns and you can't cover 3 stinking points?)

28. Bucs ('Splain Simms Spleen disappearing like the O Line?)
29. Lions (Made Favre look 35 again - props on the sucktitude)
30. Texans (yea, Mario Williams was the answer if the question was "How do you fuck up the #1 pick in the draft)
31. Titans (Better than I thought or is Miami much, much worse?)
32. Raiduhs (Covered the spread vs. the Bye)

Other observations:

Gee the Jets are scoring points now that Herman Edwards is gone - color me shocked.

I now think San Diego has a legit shot to beat Bmore next week.

Bsmack's Steelers suck and his bagels are in the toilet. I told ya man, last year was the peak. Eat a bullet now.

The Tardinals will be better with Leinert than Warner - Warner needs to check up if that grocery shelve stocking gig is still open. If he could hold on to the fucking cans,

The Giants are gonna fucking Implode - Not if but when. Coughlin may get canned mid season.

You can only go cheap for soooo long before it catches up with you. Welcome to January at home Bob Kraft.

m2 is a tard and the 49ers may win 5 games.

Dolphins are by far the biggest bust of this season.

Saints karma is a killer right now - but eventually teams with better talent win.

I disagree with any list that doesn't have the Texans at rock bottom. The 'duhs would smoke the Texans. Hell the Div II Redskins made them look like a Pop Warner team. Bob McNair should hang his head in shame for fielding such a team.

Yea, that trade for Alexander is looking REAL good. By the time he comes back, your playoff hopes will be as viable as those of the Chiefs and their brain damaged QB.

Better known as Bitter Bitch Syndrome.
They just lost Thurman for the year and now comes the news that Chris Henry has violated his probation/bail agreements by hurling out the window while Thurman was being booked for DUI. So you can kiss his ass goodbye for at least 4 weeks, if not more. The Bengals should be on top of the world after having a win gift wrapped for them by the Steelers. Instead they're falling apart.

http://news.cincypost.com/apps/pbcs.dll ... 9/1035/SPT

But hey, feel free to not factor in reality when making your "power rankings".

B-

I don't think the loss of Henry will make that much of a difference now that Housh is back. Thurman hasn't factored into the Bengals games this year. The fact that the Bengals beat the Steelers in light of all the distractions is proof that they are a good team.

Your anti-Bengal, pro-Steeler bias is noted. Now move on.

And your point Pinks?

I happene to think Morris will fill in very well for Alexander. At least for the 4 weeks or so that they need him. If Alexander was gone for the year, that would be a different story.

Let's see I've got this right. Bengals lose two scrubs and it knocks them out of the top five, but the Shehawks lose Shaun Alexander and they're at 4?

Is that right? Did I miss something? Help me out here.
Thurman was their leading tackler last year. Some scrub dumbass. Learn something about football and get back to me.
