This place is running amok with all the "dual fanship" fans. WTF happened here while I was gone?

Crown(s)
New tech fan
Jsc
etc.

Who else is getting double penetration?

B-t-H, going two full regular seasons without a loss when you play in a major BCS conference and you play a real OOC schedule is nothing to sneeze at, whether it's OU or USC or anybody else.

I'm certainly more impressed by such a streak when it's OU or USC than when it's TCU, who never play anybody.

Pretty sure TCU wouldn't still be carrying their streak if they had to play USC's or OU's regular season schedule and their last few bowl games.

You?

will be interesting to see what happen in Fort Worth when people start throwing real, bigtime money at Patterson.

i think he got some mention here and there last year (though to my knowledge CU was the only BCS conference team hiring)...and signed an extension....but when the Miamis or even possibly A&Ms start opening up the checkbooks...?

Well, I've lived in Houston, Dallas, College Station and Southern Indiana.

Guess I can root for Couger High, Rice, North Texas, TCU, UT-Arlington, Texas A&M and IU. I CAN...but I won't.

No need defending your rooting interests. I've heard it before. I just still don't understand it. I can understand hoping another team does well, but claiming BODE for them is another thing. I like to see IU do well because my wife went there as well as her entire family. I just wuld no thump my chest if they did do well.

TCU beat Oklahoma last year. They just beat a "real" Big 12 team.

If they hadn't had a major letdown the next week, Oklahoma would be part of that win streak.

I ain't criticizing the Horned Frogs at all. That's a solid football team.
You didn't answer the question though.

Do you think TCU would still be riding this winning streak if they had to play USC's or OU's schedules, including the Red River Shootout and the bowl games played recently by USC and OU.

Jsc, when Taco Tech is your only "tough" game in two seasons my point stands.

Make TCU play USC's or OU's schedule (including their bowl game) and they have five losses in that same span.

I give 'em credit for being consistent and playing better than their competition every time out. Streaks are difficult to maintain in any circumstance. Their streak though simply isn't nearly as impressive as USC's current streak or OU's old streak.

Did you attend those schools? If so, we're in the same boat. I graduated from TCU and attended LSU.
Attended and graduated from A&M. I used to live close to the others which was playing off the Miami comment.

Let us know if there are any other teams you're a fan of so we can give props.
