I was brainstorming for new ideas and I just feel that it would be an epic day in the history of these boards if we could have everyone here, everyone at .net, and everyone at TT just fukken post on the same board for one day and just watch what ensues. .net could host it and give you fukker time to register if you haven't alreay before the day comes.

It could be like when those famous rock bands break up and swear never to tour again and then suddenly they get back together for a tour, putting aside their differences.

What do you fukkers think? I want to see old friends, old faces, old enemies, posting together for one day. Target date would be Oct. 16th or thereabouts.....it couldn't be on a weekend.

i don't think one day to just get together and smack, post hottie pics, talk about sports, etc. would be too much to ask....for old times sakes, friends...

RtS is scheduled to melt again on the 16th. I'll be checking in, as per usual. I'm not making a special visit to hang out with folks like Logon Fan and Doug "plastic toy in my ass" DC - no fucking way.

Also - RtS wants to DEATHmatch me. He wants to post a .wav of his silly fat ass singing a bunch of songs, and have it judged by folks he deems "impartial". The folks kind of read like his speed dial list, in all of its dogeared glory...

This could be very funny, of course. It's his terms that give me pause...he wants to be readmitted here, if he receives 50% positive reviews on his .wavs. He's permanently banned here, though...I basically wrote it into the software.

Thoughts? I'd be willing to DEATHmatch myself a banning at .net and TT, but I cannot allow RtS to post here. That's to protect YOU guys.

I disagree with those who think it cannot work because of the differences.

For ONE DAY, we can set it all aside. I truly believe this. Hell, maybe do it for two days and then go back to where we originally post.

For those of you on the fence, just think of it as a field party where you are invited but not expected to show up. Just drink an icy cold froth dog or two, and then show up when you can and say hi and give high fives and enjoy the party. You always have this board to go back to. Fukk it....the 16th of October will be a fun day to get together, like a family reunion when you want to punch your brother-in-law and you want to hug your aunt that you haven't seen in 5 years.

Are TT, T1B, and stucknut going to close their sites for that one day .... ?

If not, I don't think Oct 16th will be much different than any other day.

Well, it was my idea and I post mostly at .net. I never thought of it as "home field advantage" though. In fact, it's more like a gesture of goodwill, .net hosting it and welcoming people in. It's not an act of competition....sure, smack is welcome, but as mentioned earlier its more of a family reunion type thing.
It would be like David Lee Roth saying "fukk it" and jumping from behind the stage to join Alex and Eddie and Marc to the delight of the crowd and for one great show. Not even meeting beforehand, just going out on stage and enjoying the moment together without the backstage bs.
