And this time he had two other players with him. If convicted, he's looking at a year long suspension as he is already serving a 4 game suspension for violating the league substance abuse policy.

Now if he can just take Chris Henry with him...

Bitter? There's nothing bitter about pointing out the Bengals are a bunch of convicts.

BTW: This just in from Pro Football Talk
Just last week, new NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell visited with the Bengals told them that they have a "responsibility as players that they continue to represent the league, the Bengals and their community in a positive fashion."

I guess Goodell didn't realize who he was talking to.

Belee dat. Thurman had a chance to make millions as one of the elite linebackers in the NFL. Now he's blown it.

BTW: Not only was Chris Henry in the car, he reportedly also yacked out the window after the cops pulled them over.

Oh, and thanks to the Cincinatti Enquirer for giving a case by case breakdown of the Bengal convicts off the field activities.
Odell Thurman, picked up by Cincinnati Police at 3:05 a.m. today on a DUI charge, is the sixth Bengals player arrested since the first of the year.

-- Offensive left guard Eric Steinbach was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with operating a boat under the influence of alcohol on the Ohio River between the Interstate 75 and I-471 bridges.

-- Defensive tackle Matthias Askew, since waived by the Bengals and currently out of the NFL, was arrested by Cincinnati Police in South Cumminsville in late July for resisting arrest and two parking violations. (He was acquitted in August of all charges.)

-- Wide receiver Chris Henry, who has been arrested four times in three states since December. He was arrested June 3 in Clermont County for driving under the influence and must now blow into a Breathalyzer before he can start his car. He also is facing charges for allegedly providing alcohol to three underage women in a Covington hotel. In January, he was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed firearm in Orlando, Fla.

-- Bengals third-round pick Frostee Rucker, 22, a defensive end, who was arrested in June in Los Angeles on vandalism and spousal battery charges stemming from a 2005 incident with a now ex-girlfriend.

-- Rookie linebacker A.J. Nicholson, who was arrested in May in Tallahassee Fla., on charges of burglary, grand theft and vandalism for allegedly stealing $1,700 in electronics equipment from the apartment of a former Florida State teammate.

Shit, they might as well just end it now and trade for Randy Moss and Duante Culpepper.
