A Valiant American

Last month our country lost a true military professional.
Captain Frank W. Ault, USN was the creator of the Naval Fighter Weapons School.
After graduating from the Naval Academy in 1942, he went on to serve in three wars.
During the Vietnam war, he was asked to evaluate the tactics and training of Naval/Marine pilots, and in his,'Ault Report', he heavily criticized commanders for their substandard training methods.
He was subsequently ordered by the Pentagon to create the Naval Fighter Weapons School, the 'Top Gun' academy where combat pilots can tune up their skills before shipping out.
I read two different dates of his death at his home in Arlington, 20 and 25 August.
The country owes this man its gratitude
Thank you, Captain Ault.
RIP, Sir

So what happened to him? Did he fuck up? FUI? Suicide after realizing what a vile mission in life he'd pursued?
After all, when you strafe villagers from the air, with all manner of high-tech gadgetry and weapons, this is what REALLY happens

More likely complications from hiding his buddy's gold pocketwatch up his ass for 2 years.

See, sometimes when people get real old, their body runs down and they die. Dude was Annapolis '43, although he actually graduated a year early because of World War II. So assume he was early twenties when he graduated. Do the math.
WAR a great American, a great warrior and a
real Real Man of Genius. R. I. P.

Fader, I really don't think the woman died of old age. And Ault's old age does not in any way rule out suicide, FUI, or just getting gunned down in a crack deal gone bad. So 'scuse me.

Hey, I'm just askin'!
I mean, did he die during partial-asphyxiation sex gone wrong? Perhaps cleaning out the garage and an old water heater tank fell on him, pinning him as local dogs ate him alive? Uh, jealous mistress? Slipped in the shower and broke his neck? Cleaning a registered handgun?
Help me here. I mean I'm not really curious, I just want to know.

By the way, for those of us who are native English speakers and never took LTS TRN 2 as a second language , what in the hell does FUI mean?

Here's Ault's legacy. Murdering innocent villagers.

Uh, Flying Under the Influence
In this case he was apparently his entire life flying under the influence that somehow insane war-criminals like Henry Kissenger are to be obeyed in their plans to murder hundreds of thousands of innocent people.
Notice how the American TOP GUN military never actually fought a real enemy? Russia? Never. China? Never.
And why would they? After all, a backwater moonscape nation like North Korea held them to a ghastly draw, while a third-world rice-pattie like Viet nam defeated the greatest military machine ever.
Afghanistan is Unwinnable--as always--and Iraq is an unmitigated disaster.
People like Ault, with their twisted John Wayne paradigm of totally fake reality, are the problem. RIP you piece of shit.

Ah, okay. That makes sense.
You're still an idiot, though.

If Truman wouldn't have turned pussy we could have done some meaningful damage to the chinks. Mac Arthur wanted to use nukes on them when they were massing at the yalu river

I don't mean to interrupt your mutual reach-around, but why don't you guys go down to your local VA hospital and tell all those amputee victims how much you love killin' commies, and how much you urged and cheered on the rush into this catastrophic disaster in Iraq. Go ahead, if you've got an ounce of balls. Tell them how there's NO ALTERNATIVE but to stay the course--and increase troop levels considerably. And tell them how you support stop-loss redeployments, and then ask them if they wouldn't mind re-upping, etc. Go ahead, it'll increase your awareness of current events.

No, they're in a HOSPITAL trying to learn to live without their legs. They were cruelly betrayed and callously used by war-mongering criminals like Cheney and Rummy. How much money do you think Haliburton has made off of this disasterous quagmire?

Smear away, but answer the questio: How many billions has Haliburton and various weapons manufacturers made off of this disasterous quagmire?

My Point is twofold, now:
1. Mvscaley1 does spout drivel most of the time and
2. (Following your last post) You are to the art of posting wit what the Raiders are to a succesfull season.
Now get of the thread and enjoy your jack-free Ramadan, DOLT!

I was assigned to a detatchment for the 1st Brigade, 4th Infantry(Mech)
We went over as a group from Meade and Huachuca.
Yes, the Air Cav(Airmobile) was up there.
