Bace, my wife has a friend in Houston with a 'Beauty' store in a 'poor' area.
Pretty damn good business, she has.

Wigs, bags, accessories, cosmetics, jewelry, ..... etc.
Marketed to the black crowd, and lots of folks bought up PLENTY of things.

Not a bad idea. Only thing is the inventory would be expensive, and shit'll most likely just get broken into and robbed. We're really looking to milk the "first of the month" money from the neighborhood. Damned Family Dollar has had a monopoly on that shit for some time.

forst of the month: rented DVD's out, then back in one week later. Pron in the back, and eventually recorders, players and TV's under (Heavy) lock and key.

Low overhead, and your pron rentals alone pays for the expansions.
