There must be some carry-over from previous boards, because I don't see it from his posts. Flawed as his opinions might be at times, I've seen him defend those very opinions with reckless abandon, and do a damn good job in the process. If that's the current definition of a weak link, I'm a bit confuzzled.

Just trying to get my facts in line. Is it a love/hate/You-can't-do-that-to-our-pledges thing, or is he really viewed as a bottom-pile poster here?

JON is a bitch that gets run constantly. And when he does, you kinda feel bad for the little guy...and hope he comes back soon so you can run him and then feel bad again. And again.

I like Jon around because the college fb knowledge of about 75% of the regulars in here make me feel like a drooling retard. Rack Jon for all the self-sacrificing he does in here. Fucker has to have a sense of humor....or masochistic needs.

I'm a jon fan although he'd tell you differently. My numerous jon pics and wytches over the years have made him think I'm an ankle biter of his. Far from it.

jon has his bitch moments. Especially when he talks a lot of shit prior to a matchup and then when his team loses, he goes Babs for weeks at a time. That was part of Babs' schtick. jon does it because I think he actually feels he cannot physically post about it. It's more of a self ban of sorts. In any case, it's a bitch move and he takes heat for it.

jon's not a bad guy. He's a puss, but not a bad guy. He's as homer as homer can be, but many are here. I won't name names (sup Sooner Fan?) but who gives a shit...we're all homers to some point, even if we're homers of multiple teams (sup CiceRoyal25).

All in all, jon is still a bitch who loves white Iowa Defensive Backs whose gal punked him for a fry-guy who own David Hasselhoff CDs. We still love him, though.

What really cracked me up about JON first was on a rivals thread he listed ND as one of his team's rivals. Never mind that ND hasn't played Iowa in his lifetime. For that matter, I'm one of the oldest people here, and I was a preschooler last time they played.

Actually, JON is no different than 90% of Hawkeye fans. There are exactly like him. 1 minute they are winning the NC, the next they want their coach killed.
