Much anticipated locks of the week.........
Here we go, I'm expecting big things this week. I'm asking for 10% of your winnings from anyone that used my picks.
1.Pittsburgh -10 over Central Florida
UCF is fucking horrible. Palko in for big game. Golden Showers win 34-14.
2.Nebraska -10.5 over K-State
Big Red will have chance to win by 30, but Callahan is a vagina and will sit on the ball (get it?). Huskers 27-13.
3.Wisconsin -8 over Minnesota
Glen Mason blows. Wisconsin has nice defense and it's at home. Bucky 24-10.
4.Purdue -7 over N'Western
Painter will throw for 350. This isn't your older brother's Northwestern. Joe Tiller does suck though. Boilers 44 Acting School 27.
5.Oklahoma -20.5 over Iowa State
Beginning of the end for Dan McCarney at ISU. Mac is 0-11 vs Top 10 Big-12 foes and loses by an average of 35 points (no I'm not making that up) and he is 2-48 in his career against Big-12/8 teams that finish the season with a winning record (again, no I'm not fucking with you). ISU teams quit when the going gets tough very often. OU will be pissed off, A-Pete will run free. Boomer Sooner 41 Moo U 10.
6.Kansas -3.5 over Oklahoma St
KU has been close in all of their losses, albeit against bad teams. But Okie St is a really bad team. So bad they lost to K-State. Kansas is at home, so they'll cover this spread. Jayhawks 20 Cowpokes 10.
7.Oregon -10 over UCLA
Ben Olsen out I believe. Doesn't matter, this is at Oregon where the Ducks are very tough. UCLA isn't any good. Oregon 34 UCLA 17.
8.Arizona State +19 over USC
19 points a lot for a team that barely beat lousy Wazzou and U-Dub even though the clock operator cheated. Speaking of cheating, USC will win but it will be closer than most think. USC 27 ASU 19.
9.Colorado +7 over Texas Tech
Colorado is going to get someone. They're better than the record (yeah, I know that doesn't say a lot). Taco Tech is fucking horrible. This is at CU, so I'm going to say the Buffs win this outright and finally get over the hump. CU 23 Tech 20.
10.Oregon St +9.5 over Washington
U-dub coming off emotional loss, so I expect a letdown. They aren't any good anyways. Teams like U-dub struggle after tough losses like that. So fuck the points, OSU wins outright. Oregon State 24 U-Dub 20.
11.California -7.5 over Washington St
Cal is on a mission right now since the loss to Tennessee. Wazzou is a little banged up. Talent will overcome the game being on the road. Cal 31 Wazzou 20.
12.Texas -29 over Baylor
No explanation needed. Baylor sucks, Texas is riding high off their big win last week over OU. Horns 45 Baylor 6.
13.Michigan -6.5 over Penn St
Forget recent history. Michigan is just too good even without Manningham and with a banged up Mike Hart. Michigan 27 P(aterno)S(oils)U(ndies) 6
14.Florida +1 over Auburn
Auburn pissed off, but Florida has better talent regardless of what people say. Urban has really got this team rolling and I don't think they've even played their best ball yet. Leak has Heisman like performance and Gators ROLL. Florida 28 Auburn 13.
15.Michigan State +14.5 over Ohio State
Buckeyes better not be too cocky, because John L Smith is good at one thing and one thing only......pulling off a surprise win. He may not have as much talent as tOSU but he does have enough talent to COMPETE. And when you've got enough to compete, you have a shot if breaks (ie dropped balls, turnovers) go your way. Not picking Sparty to win (a la 1998), but think they have a realistic shot at home. Ohio State 28 Michigan State 21.
16.Rutgers +1 over Navy
Should be a close game, but I don't think Navy's rush attack will be enough. Rutgers has better players and is equally well coached. SUNJ 24 Navy 20.
17.Georgia -13.5 over Vanderbilt
I am so not confident in this because Georgia is not playing well right now, but Vandy sucks and it's tough to win in Athens. I'll take UGA 26 Vandy 9.
18.NC State -4 over Wake Forest
Wake coming off a tough loss, and NC St proved last week they can win after getting a big victory. This is my ultimate lock of the week. I do not think programs like Wake Forest are good at bouncing back the week following a tough loss. NC State 27 Wake 9.
19.Texas A&M +2.5 over Missouri
A&M blows, but I do not think Missouri is that good. If you ask me, they have 0 quality wins. Going 7-0 is difficult and I think that a road game in College Station is where their streak ends. Aggies 20 Tigers 17.
20.Syracuse +25.5 over West Virginia
'Cuse is getting better, but still not enough to compete with WVA. However, I think they can keep it within 25. So West Virginia 31 Syracuse 13.

This is my ultimate lock of the week.
Wake Forest: 25
N.C. State: 23
:-)
That "ultimate lock of the week" prediction kinda fucked up what was otherwise a pretty damn fine rebound effort by you...
13 wins
6 losses
1 push
Nothing to sneeze at there. Credit due.
