A friend gave me a UM pen. He said I'd be stabbing it into my heart at 9:07pm EST. He's probably right...but right now, I'm feeling confident.

I'd be interested in a PSU view of OSU and UM. Having played them both what do y'all think. I'm hoping for a "game of the century" with both at 11-0 in November, as I'm sure most of us are.

If you want the truth, as far as I can remember about the OSU team, they REALLY mirror each other. They both have stifling D's. Similar special teams too. Great returners for both. Offensively, PSU really controlled both, but you just know either can strike quickly. Both QB's are pretty cool under pressure, 'specially Henne.

The only point of difference I can discern is UofM's D-line vs. OSU's. UofM's simply terrorized PSU. I don't recall OSU's doing it to that extent.

I wish I could give you a silver bullet answer, but I don't think there is one. They are very similar teams on all counts which should make for a game for the ages.

I think UM is better than OSU. Henne is very polished, and they have great athletes at his disposal. UM's front defensive 4 are astonishingly good. I'd give then the edge at this point.

As a fan of a team who has played both, I think OSU looks oh-so slightly more beatable. But the fact the game's in C-bus would have me leaning toward OSU.

Oh, and sorry Buck fans, but I refuse to place that snobbish, dreaded little "t" in with the "OSU." Last I checked, there wasn't another Ohio St you needed to distinguish yourselves from.

I can just as easily see OSU taking the game. A big play or two from Gonzales or Ginn and it could spell trouble for UofM. Will be a low-scoring game.

Well I was in C-Bus in 2004 when Smith had his first huge game against Michigan...Gonzalez also had a big game as he caught the first TD pass of the game 68 yards and he was wide open...

the problem for michigan - who to defend??? Ginn? Gonzo? both? then what Pittman hits you or Robiskie is coming along very nicely...the other thing that has to concern Michigan is Troy has not run much this year...

it will come down to the battle of the OL and DL for both teams...both have tons of athletes in the back 7 with Michigan's being more experienced but the OSU defense is definitely getting better...

I like the offensive diversity of Michigan as Hart, Henne and Manningham are all dialed in...

obviously I am looking at OSU as the favorite and there still is a lot of football to be played...
