Texas legend?

Ok... He's a redshirt fish. He's already been schooled by OSU's Troy Smith. He came from a tiny 2A school. And he had been managing games early in the season instead of playing them.
That was the bad. Here's the good... His name is Colt McCoy (how Texas is that?). He is learning by leaps and bounds. He lit up Oklahoma in the 2nd half of a huge Red River game. And, finally, he JUST set the all time University of Texas record for touchdowns in a single game at 6.
I am thinking this kid is for real. It's hard to follow a legend like Vince Young and have any...any...success, but I'll be damned if he's not doing it and doing it well. I can honestly say, "I am no longer worried about our quarterback situation at all.".
His performance thusfar is reminiscent of the arrival of Chris Simms. Simms lit up TAMU as a freshman and placed the entire weight of Texas on his shoulders. Simms though, as we know, folded instead of rising...choking time after time after time in big games.
You all think this new kid has the stuff to be a Texas Legend? And whad'ya think about Snead? He can't be happy about sitting.
