Chargers - Chiefs
So far it looks like the Bolts are melting.
2 TO's in the first quarter is not a good thing.
Still early though.

I'm thinking you maybe ought to try some of that shit that makes your penis numb or you're going to blow your wad before halftime.

Sorry to disappoint this week, BoltFans...I just don't have it in me.

The Bolts allowed more TDs today against the shithole Chiefs than the Broncos have allowed ALL YEAR.KC Paul 3.0 wrote:In your dreams, fuckhole- the Bolts are BETTER than the Donks, and we got over so what exactly makes you think THAT?WhatsMyName wrote:Great game Chiefs. And you're still a fat fucking piece of shit and your fellow Chief fans are FUCKING IDIOTS for thinking you had ANY CHANCE against Pittsburgh last week. Dumbfucks.

Jake is out. Jay is in. Finally.
Not sure if I'll be able to figure the Chiefs out this season. They haven't run the ball all year and then against one of the best front 7 in the league, LJ breaks loose.
The defense which looked horrible in Pitt against the run last week shuts LT down - but lets Rivers burn them for 266 and 2 TDs?
Is it just the Marty curse?
Who the fuck knows?
But then again, who saw Houston hammering J-Ville, or Pittsburgh giving up 4TDs to Ron Mexico?
Weird shit, man.

Didn't say that - go look at my call - Thought it would be close and it was.Unreal that you didn't see this coming, Scott.
I don't know what Chiefs team we are looking at - we couldn't even run on the Cardinals, yet we bowl over SD?
I've shelved the myopia - Just really trying to determine if this is a competitve team or not

The much maligned KC offensive line pretty much dominated the line of scrimmage and the so called best front 7 in the NFL. LJ had his way with the vaunted Charger defense. A backup QB in Damon Huard posted a 108.5 Qb rating while racking up 250+ yards and 2 td's. The Charger's overrated #1 defense got pimp slapped yesterday. Not to mention a juiced up Shawn "Roids Out" Merriman had a less than stellar game.
The Chiefs offense dominated the Charger defense. If you don't believe that than you are a fucking idiot.mvscal wrote:And after being spotted 14 points off of turnovers early, you promptly squandered a 20-3 lead and were forced to make a 53 yard field goal to win the game.
If you think you "dominated" anything in that game, you are a fucking idiot.

Sincerely,
Pissing away a 17 fucking point lead and needing a 53 yard field goal as time expired to win.

They "dominated" the first quarter (only because of TO's) and the final minute, due to the Bolts' brilliant "prevent" defense.
I guess some people can't be satisfied with just a win, but have to show what ignoramuses they are by making ridiculous statements about "dominance". I guess margins of 3 points and 6 total yards points to domininance in Nix's myopic point of view.

Not that imbecility is any great surprise coming from Toothless City, Mo.
Tell me how the Chiefs offense didn't dominate the Charger defense. Or you can just act like a fucking 2 year old and call me names.
355 total yards
LJ goes for 132 yards for a 4.7 avg with 2 td's
Huard throws for 232 yards, 2 td's and a 108.9 rating
An average of 6 yards per play
3 for 3 in the red zone
They take the ball on the 18 yard line with 33 seconds left and march down the field to get in field goal position
WTF does that have to do with the Chiefs OFFENSE kicking the ass of the Charger DEFENSE? The Chiefs defense didn't play well in the second half. The offense dominated the Charger defense. They couldn't stop them when it counted.Raydah James wrote:RACK!Nixhex wrote:The Chiefs offense dominated the Charger defense. Did any of you read my post? I was speaking in terms of the Chiefs offense against the Charger defense. Nothing more, nothing less. The stats fucking prove it. My statement had nothing to do with the score, or the Chiefs defense blowing the lead. I realize the Chiefs barely won the game. I realize the Chiefs defense blew the lead. I said nothing about the Chiefs dominating anything other than the Charger defense. You could say the same for the Charger offense. Aside from the turnovers they kicked the Chiefs ass.Mikey wrote:They "dominated" the first quarter (only because of TO's) and the final minute, due to the Bolts' brilliant "prevent" defense.

The Chargers had the number one defense coming into the game. Charger fan was pounding their chest like the Chiefs offense had no chance. The Chiefs came in and kicked the Charger defense in their overrated face. End of story.
The Chargers defense came into the game giving up 241 yards per game. The Chiefs had 355. The Chiefs also only ran 59 plays to the Chargers 71 and still out gained them. Use all the excuses you want. The offense of both teams dominated the defenses. 704 total yards between the two teams is pretty good evidence.mvscal wrote:More lying bullshit.Nixhex wrote:Charger fan was pounding their chest like the Chiefs offense had no chance.
Their offense didn't "dominate" shit. Their offense was gifted with a short field off of turnovers in the first quarter. Those two early scoring drives totaled a "whopping" 43 yards combined.
30 points is pretty good. Should have been 34. Oh and 3 for 3 in the redzone. Looks like they moved it once inside the 20's as well.mvscal wrote:Points on the board are the only measure of dominance.
I don't give a fuck if you can move it between the 20s. It doesn't mean shit.
Speaking of Gifts. The refs gave the Chargers a gift on 3rd down when they called Ty Law for pass interference on an uncatchable pass. That gave the Chargers first and goal on the 1.

"Being spotted?"mvscal wrote:And after being spotted 14 points off of turnovers ...
Let me guess, Marty was telling Rivers and the OL, "Hey, let them think they're in it by 'spotting' them three turnovers, then we'll come back, OK?"
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
KC's defense had everything to do with those turnovers. And it should have been 17 (actually 9, according to your logic, in this thread). Granted, SD settled down, and had a few plays that worked out for them. (LT's screen-pass touchdown looked easier than a Sissyroo pileon). Then again, the 'Bolts were favored by 5.
You called it though, fucker. It was a sqeaker, just not the outcome you predicted. I just wonder how KC's offense would be performing if Green was at the helm. The defense is improved, even Bolt and Raider Fan has to admit that.
