Pasta Salad

Post by patsy stone »

Hi everyone!

My food assignment for the Florida/Georgia game is to bring a yummy pasta salad that will feed 20 and will be OK if it's sitting out in the sun for a bit. Any good recipes?

TIA!

Did you ask her yet? I know you're not busy or anything. :)

By the way, I absolutely cannot stand, be near, see or smell seafood. So not sure I'm gonna use that first recipe. ;)

THANKS THOUGH!!!!!!

That's OK. I found one on Recipezaar.com I may use.

Who cares anyway, right? They're all gonna be drunk tomorrow by lunchtime anyway, so I'm sure I can stick Italian dressing on some pasta and throw in some veggies and they'll be happy. :)

Up in this corner of the country, we have a special recipe, just for football tailgate parties, which are known for attracting sober guests of the most discerning tastes...

The first step in making Dinsdale's Killer Pasta Salad is procuring the ingredients --

1. Go to the delicatessen...

2. Quiz time...see if you can figure out Step 2 on your own...

I know, born and raised in Florida and I hate seafood. Doesn't make sense.

Game should be fun! Gonna take my camera!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner... I have a great recipe for a pasta salad made with tons of roasted vegetables and a kalamata olive vinaigrette (which is actually more of an olive pesto than what you might think of as a vinaigrette)... Hope you found a recipe you like!

(If you like olives and want the aforementioned recipe, let me know and I'll type it up.)

Please type it up!!

pp, I LOOOOOOOOOVE olives. Please post!

I improvised and made something quick and easy for the game today. But for fancier events, sounds like your recipe might be a hit!
