Anybody using U3 USB Flash drives yet? (obviously there are some of you since you've mentioned running Firefox off of a USB key.)

If so, what do you use it for and what software do you run off of it? Did you actually spend money on any software?

I haven't tried one yet. USB drives are now big enough to hold an entire operation system, so I'd rather use something like MojoPac or Windows XP Embedded to run all of my applications, not just the few supported by U3.
