Jesus, man, there's entire Texas-sized areas of the state where it's considered swanky to have a toilet you don't have to dig yourself.
you are confusing rural folks with white trash. there is a big difference. white trash are generally city dwellers. white trash drive mid 80s GM g body vehicles with a minimum of three body panel colors. White trash work fast food/walmart. Not too many wallymarts in the alaska bush.

as for utah, I admit to not really having a clue, but, I just think mormon. When I think mormon, I think good looking wholesome folk with nice teeth, not PWT.

BtH, please fill me in on how alaska residents get $1500 payments every year just for living there. i have a friend who just got a job up there and said paycheck day is like the 1st of da month in cleveland x1,000.

Here's the deal-the State of Alaska per the state constitution holds all of the natural resources of the state in trust for the people of the state. Therefore, all royalties from the sale of oil and gas leases have to be set up for the benefit of the people of the state. The state set up a permanent fund years and years ago and just started dumping oil and gas royalties into it and investing it.
Every year, they take an average of the last five years worth of profits in the fund, inflation proof the money, and distribute the rest of the money equally.
So how much is it?
