I know that I don't have to go into virtual ($debt$) in order to virtually ($wager$) my virtual ($bankroll$) that orc was so kind to provide me at virtually no cost to myself.
What's so confusing dave?
The fact that you'll have to go into even more virtual debt to drag your sorry no picking against the spread ass out of hock?

I am confused how can kcdave be ranked #3 when he owes $400? And Prototype, orcinus? It seems they should be on the bottom with negative balances instead of being ranked with us who have positive bank rolls!

Rack orcinus for the new pool!
Just an idea, maybe next season we could do things a little different.
Instead of giving everyone money to start with, everyone starts off with zero in the bank. The most anyone can bet per week would be $100 unless they have more than $100. Run it as if we were going through a bookie, 10% on all bets (bet $11 to win $10) Simply put a (+) in front of the money for players who are in the black and a (-) in front of the money for players in the red. Also, I don’t think there should be a certain number of games players are forced to play, why waste time betting $1 on a game?

...he says that your ass is in debt to FAUST up to 4x....and you don't know which way FAUST is going to let you TWIST...on letting you BET your way up/out of this HORRIBLE internet FAUX contest.
oh yeah...he's kicking your ASS too?

Sorry if it's confusing. Like pop said, things would be easier if running out of money ends the game, but then gluttons for punishment like me couldn't lose more cash each week.
You can take out a loan up to $100 at any time.
Rankings are that way only because it's the easiest for now to keep track of interest owed. At the end of the season, the bookie will come calling to collect his cash, and everything will balance out.
