Nov 6, 1995, Art Modell announces that he is moving the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore for the 1996 season.

If the financing of Heinz field is anything like the Eagles or Phillies' new stadiums than the Steelers are going nowhere because the state won't allow them to leave unless they pay at least 100% of the state financed portion to the construction of the new stadium.Raydah James wrote: L.A. Yea, it's very similar.
