It's time to move on to a new week. These are my thoughts for the weekend. I see L'ville is now -6 and I will take that at that number although Eagle has me a bit worried; the last time I openly crossed him was the Chicago Bears/Arizona Monday night game. Anyway, other than Louisville none of these has actually been bet yet.
Louisville -6........................Rutgers
Washington -19...................Stanford - I don't even like this line, but Stanford is remarkably bad ATS.
New Mex. St +11.5..............Fresno - Fresno doesn't deserve to be favored by 11.5 over the members of this board.
New Mexico +7.5..................TCU
Tennessee +5.5..................Arkansas
Wake +8.5.........................Florida St.
Oregon +8.........................USC
Mostly dogs this week. BYU had my eye and they have been a covering machine this year, but Wyoming isn't half bad and 18 is just too many points. That said, I'm not betting against BYU.

my bets for tonight
akron -16 1/2
byu -18 + under 48 1/2
big bet on louisville -6. unless they have a letdown, they win this outright and by a td or 2. rutgers qb, teak is horrible, you stop rice, as others have, and rutgers is on the ropes(see uconn game yikes).
louisville has the defense for a power running game, a spread ya out, they dont have the athletes to go one on one for a whole game. rutgers defense has been decent, but they wont be able to stop louisville run game and passing game.
cball
st bonnys - 5
cleveland -4

Don't do it, Adel.

wow, i go to bed with louisville dominating, and they do nothing the 2nd half???? way to peter out and prove you shouldnt be considered for a bcs bowl, as many predicted.

Hats off to Eagle and Shine. In hindsight that game should have been a no bet for me. I think logical arguments could have been made for betting either way and that should have led me to stay away.
Anyway, what the hell happened. I left the house with Ville up 25-7. I come back in time to see the Rutgers FG to win the game. Apparently, I missed all the excitement. Great win for Rutgers!
I'd be two bets richer if I'd have listened to good advice on Rutgers and AZ Cardinals!

Not too bad, Shine. 2 out of 3 works every time.
Another nice week. 5-2 on Saturday. I'm considering the ML parlay one bet. That's what I bet and that's basically what it paid. Already factored the Louisville loss into the W-L record. So, the 5-2 brings the season record to a profitable 41-28.
I'm depressed though. I'm going to have to re-evaluate Stanford after that earth shattering performance. It was a nice run on them while it lasted though.
I see Adel was on Hawaii with me. They are just a frightening scoring machine and have really been covering the number the last few weeks. I think they have Purdue next week. It will be interesting to see what that line comes out at.

my games for today. out of town, but like some nfl action
kc
jax if leftwich was in, no way giving 10pts, gerard is a much better qb in their system. he can run, which makes him a threat, and he has a decent arm, and offense seems to move when he takes control

FWIW, I went 3-1 on college as I had Rutgers on Thursday. Not that it matters as I gave 2/3 of the winnings back on Sunday with my parlay!!!
Down with IU -3.5 tonight
