RAINIER, Ore. - A former teacher's aide is accused of having sex with a 15 year old boy from Rainier High School.

Christine Marie Johanson, 35, is charged with rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and giving alcohol to a minor.

The alleged victim is a freshman.

A court has ordered Johanson to stay away from any minors except her own children.

Johanson was arraigned this week, and court documents show 26 charges, including 10 counts of rape, two counts of sodomy, 12 counts of sexual abuse and two counts of giving alcohol to a minor.

All the charges involve a 15-year-old male freshman.

The incidents allegedly happened between March and August of this year.

Johanson has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and the District Attorney's office is still investigating the charges.

I think the jury is still out, pending better pics. She might be a fully servicable 35 year old MILF, but hard to tell.

Memo to high school boys -- if somehow you pull off the improbable, and get not one, but repeated cracks at nailing your hot teacher...especiallt the ones down with a little "sodomy," whatever you fucking do, KEEP YOUR FUCKING MOUTH SHUT. Lets put this in perspective....

Rainer, OR is a former lumber / shipping town on the Columbia River. Now we all know that none of those economies exists anymore.

My kid played football there a few time's, and from what I saw at those games... this bitch is fucking smoking hot compared to all the other white trash, bun haired, Winne the Pooh shirt wearing, cigarette holding, screaming bitch's in the stands.

Now if the kid can't seem to tap any willing locals, and a 35 year old bitch who likely has less sexual hang ups than the average starter fuck teen in town, he should be hitting that until his balls run dry.

In a case closely watched by Portland's biking community, a cyclist beaten up by a TriMet passenger was awarded $601 by an arbitrator Thursday.
Cyclist Randy Albright had sought about 80 times that amount—about $48,000—in pain-and-suffering damages from TriMet. He contended the agency was negligent because one of its bus drivers encouraged a passenger to beat up Albright and then let the passenger back on the bus.

The attack left Albright with a split lip requiring an emergency-room visit.

But arbitrator Gregory K. Zeuthen found that both TriMet and Albright were at fault for the incident and Albright's injuries.

The cyclist was punched by the unidentified passenger while Albright was riding his bike Jan. 22, 2004, on the Hawthorne Bridge.

Albright had been biking to work when, according to his testimony, he was nearly sideswiped by the bus driven by Harold R. Cooper. (The driver died last year.)

Albright caught up with the bus and pulled in front of it, demanding an apology.

The assailant exited the bus and proceeded to punch Albright repeatedly. He then reentered the bus. According to several witnesses, Cooper cheered on the action.

Zeuthen found that, although Cooper may not have known that the assailant would act violently towards Albright, the driver's action in letting the man get back on the bus after the attack, and not reporting the incident until later, was negligent.

They should have awarded him $9 and called it good.

When that happened, there were actually pics floating around.

Anyone stupid enough to not head for cover at the sound of an approaching tri-met bus deserves to be clipped.

Tri Met busses are one of the most feared instruments of death and disfigurement in the entire U&L. Pretty fun ride when drunk . Kinda like the Indiana Jones ride at disneyland, but with a psychotic diabolic driver.

bike tard needs to check himself. How many people get hit or clipped everyday and don't whine about it?

Last time I rode across town, the driver clipped no less than two pedestrians...and that was before we even got out of the bus mall.

And that was after a transfer -- the first driver yelled "FUCKING IDIOT" out the window twice, and threatened to fight another driver.

my only encounter with a bus driver, I was about 12 years old and participating in that favorite winter sport, throwing snowballs at pretty much anything on 4 or more wheels. there was a bus stop in front of my house. a bus pulls up, opens the door and my fukking "buddies" let loose with a barage through the open door. i hadn't fired yet. next thing I know a rather large negro busdriver with a hatchet comes flying off the bus. the rest of those fukkers had a better angle and saw him coming and shagged. i figured...

a. i hadn't thrown anything..... yet
2. it was too late to run anyway

that fukk made a beeline straight at me. i just stood there wide eyed. he popped me with a stiff right jab. i went down like blondie babe at a trollstop. he spit out a few threats, turned around and got back on the bus. I was just happy he didn't bury that fukking hatchet in me.

from that day on the "i didn't do shit, so i ain't running" take was permanently removed from the playbook.
