In this day and age of the NFL- the over priced, me first players could not handle the Old Gibbs. Just like the Gnats players did a couple years ago- they would be at the players assocaition bitching how they were being treated the minute he tried to keep them longer than he is allowed too.... Sad fact of life now.

It warms the heart to see Cowboys seemingly on their way out of the recent doldrums. And furthers warms the heart to see the Skins suddenly spiraling downward after their playoff appearance last year. For all of Snyder's money, he just can't find a plan and stick to it. I will..gulp..credit Jerry Jones in that he has brought in Parcells and for the most part let him mold a team in his image. And when Jerry does step outside the box he brings in a real playmaker, TO, who takes the pressure off his teammates both on the field and off the field.
