I'm so glad FOX didn't show more than one replay of that...I bet ESPN will play the hell out of it though.

What karma? For coming back to play? It's not like Bruschi who came back after suffering a stroke...Seau left the game in decent shape and got a chance to play with a contending team.

For siging a one day contract w/ the Chargers, making them hold a press conferemce, going on a 45 minute rant on how he was so great and then 3 days later he un-retires and signs w/ the Pats. Fuck that guy.

If Belichick never pushed so hard to get him, dude would have stayed retired. I think he honestly believed he was done. There was nothing underhanded about what he did. If the best coach in the game begged you to play for him, what would you have done? Dude saw an opportunity to go out a winner.... and went for it, pomp and circumstance surrounding his Chargers ceremony notwithstanding. I always thought the dude was a hot dog and got more credit than he deserved. However... the Pats D has been suspect since the moment he broke his arm. He was a damned good player. Gay-assed fist pumps after making an okay play and all....
