Unloading before ya get it in???????????? If USC loses to UCLA the rubbers go to the rose. Also, don't disregard the Gomers, they have this thing with god......................allegedly...........
Sounds about rightSoCalTrjn wrote:so if Arkansas wins the SEC title game, LSU will get the nod over a Florida team that has the same record and won the head to head matchup?
Well I bought a plane ticket just in case. Worst that could happen is that I'd be out a hundred bucks to switch the fight to a planned trip to Arizona for the wife and I to spend a weekend at the spa.Jsc810 wrote:No, but I'll be there in spirit. :DTenTallBen wrote:I'll be there. You going Jsc?
I'll buy you a beer if this shit pans out. Been down the bars on Colorado plenty of times. Just let me know...WolverineSteve wrote:Looking forward to it gents!!!
I disagree. If USC were to shit the bed and lose to UCLA and UF beats Arkansas, UF would play OSU and the Rose Bowl would take the "traditional" B10/Pac10 match up of USC v. UofM. LSU would then likely get the Sugar Bowl (again, tradition) and play ND. I think the Fiesta and Orange are pretty much set at this point.Jsc810 wrote:Methinks the story is true, and the CEO is saying that for cover. LSU will play in the Rose Bowl, and it matters not if it is USC or Michigan. :)
To the... spa??? Good gawd, Bennifer, please see your primary care physician ASAP and have him write you a script for two testicles.TenTallBen wrote:to a planned trip to Arizona for the wife and I to spend a weekend at the spa.
Thanks for joining the forum. Please remember that this is the CFB forum where CFB is discussed. And we're not really fond of trolls. Great. Post more often in the CFB. I don't ever remember seeing a post of yours here, so again, welcome. We look forward to you discussing CFB.ucantdoitdoggieSTyle2 wrote:Killian wrote:And we're not really fond of trolls.
I am not a "troll", Killian. Check yourself.
As do I, my friend. Do you mind if my wife posts here too? She and Bennifer can mix in pad vs tampon discussions while the men post about football.Killian wrote:We look forward to you discussing CFB.
Killian wrote:That's what I'm hearing. So long as USC wins on Saturday, LSU to the Rose against UofM and ND to the Sugar against the SEC winner.
Both of these make sense to me. The lone possible exception is that Michigan could wind up playing tOSU if USC loses to UCLA, even if Florida beats Arkansas.Killian wrote:I disagree. In that case . . .SoCalTrjn wrote:And if Arkansas beats Florida in the SEC title game, LSU gets the Gator Bowl? Cotton Bowl?

Um, no. Do you want to go back and post provisions A-C for the #3 criteria, or should I do it?ucantdoitdoggieSTyle2 wrote:Jack fucking shit.Jsc810 wrote:But what do I know?

3. If a bowl loses a host team to the NCG, then such bowl shall select a replacement team from among the automatic-qualifying teams and the at-large teams before any other selections are made. If two bowls lose host teams to the NCG, each bowl will get a replacement pick before any other selections are made. In such case, the bowl losing the No. 1 team gets the first replacement pick, and the bowl losing the No. 2 team gets the second replacement pick. If the Rose Bowl loses both the Big Ten and Pac-10 champions to the NCG, it will receive two replacement picks.

A bowl choosing a replacement team may not select any of the following:
A. A team in the NCG;
B. The host team for another BCS Bowl;
C. When two bowls lose host teams, then the bowl losing the number one team may not select a replacement team from the same Conference as the number two team, unless the bowl losing the number two team consents.
