I put one on the bank 2 weeks ago that beat that one by 10 lbs at least....

First thing I thought when I saw that pic. I don't need to ask. Neither do you. I've spent a goodly percentage of my life staring at that rock(not that it looks too much different from any other riverbank)...while standing on the gravel bar at Mills Bridge, behind the Guide Shop.
