And is healthy enough to play
Raiders QB Aaron Brooks, who is 0-7 as a starter, is expected to start against the Jets. ... Word out of Oakland is that Randy Moss (ankle) is well enough to play but has simply packed it up for the season. He's listed as questionable.
I don't think Raiderfan expects him back next season anyway.

When Moss was with the Vikes, he gloated about taking plays off that he was not involved in.
They were at least decent and in contention for something. So, what the hell do you expect now from him?

Currently the Raiders couldn't get 4 deflated footballs for Moss.

Oakland should have traded Moss for the best available offer before the trade deadline.
I hope they can get a 'reasonable' deal and trade him in the off-season.
I'm not at all sure that's how it'll play out though.
I'm thinking Moss will be back in Oakland next season, and playing for a different coach.
I do believe that is what we'll see.
Porter may very well be back too.
Al's not bringing Art back in as head coach next season, IMO.
I understand the "continuity" concept, and I agree that it's important to the long term health of an organization, BUT .....
Art Shell has flat out SUCKED DICK this season.
Al will cut his losses and take a shot with another head coach.
New coach, and Al, will make nice with R. Moss, and R. Moss will be back next season.
Not saying I like it, but just saying that is my prediction.

Moss needs to take a ride/drag behind a truck in rural Texas.

The season is long lost, and there isnt any reason for him to play or risk injury.
Fine by me.
Hopefully, he's happy enough to come back and catch over 100 passes next year-preferrably by anybody but Anblew fucking Waltard.
