Jon, seriously, I just went back to your last few posts in here and you are CONSTANTLY making outlandish "ifs and buts", "guarantees" or "pulling stats outa your ass" or a combination of the three. I didn't go back any further but I can if you want. There have been NUMEROUS "this will happen within [X amount] years. Mark it down." comments out of you.

I know straddling the fence is taboo and all, but quit acting like you are some kind of fucking prophet. Jesus Christ...(not you).

See below for what I speak of...
TheJON on Iowa's chances if...if...if... wrote:But, it was a good game. I just wish this team played with this much intensity all season long. Had they done that, we would have been 10-2 and headed to Florida. I think this game only proves what a poor coaching job our staff did all year.
TheJON speaking for everyone but UMFan on Carr wrote:I can assure you that if you polled the entire non-Michigan Wolverine homer media what they though of Lloyd, they'd say he's a fucking asshole and they hope he gets fired.
TheJON on Sabans upcoming tenure at Bama wrote:Saban is gone for something else in 3 years.
TheJON on the life cycle of NFL coaches wrote:Let me put it this way is the only way a coach can stay at a job more than 3 years is if he works for a well run organization. Doesn't matter who the coach is.
TheJON on Jeff Fisher wrote:If you don't have great talent, you can't win. Put him in the NFC where he has relatively even talent with everyone else and he'd win 11-12 games, I'd guarantee it.
TheJON on Ferentz leaving Iowa for da Burgh wrote:I'd say it's a 25% chance at best (from what I'm hearing) that he ends up in Pittsburgh.
:pickle:

Or Minnesota, Penn State and Iowa having less than a 1% chance of winning. And he wanted to put Purdue and Wisconsin in the same boat. But Michigan was a coin flip.

Thats excactly why this bitch is so Damn entertaining. See, M tool throughs shit out there just to get a rise out of people. But Jon+bitch parrots what he hears on sports talk shows, reads in SI or other rags then throws them on the wall in here like he was the author. He is a master back peddler when caught and runs of and hides for a while when he really gets his ass handed to him.
What makes him the king though is he does this all in complete seriousness. Dude lives in a corn field, sports a boy band hair cut, wears a Metalica t-shirt and does'nt know shit from shine ola. Thats while He will always be my favorite bitch.
The bitch is always quick to play the "retard" card as well.
Beat that mtool.

Your forgot the one where he bet his "left nut" that Leavitt would be gone from USF either after this or next season.

No, I only looked at the last 10-15 posts he made. Every second or third post has some kind of outlandish prediction. Mark it down...

I'll toast to that, IF.
My gripe w/Jon is that he posts in absolutes, yet bases many of his absolutes on ifs and buts, as you said.

As the saying goes, if ifs and buts were candies and nuts, we'd all have a Merry Christmas.

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, Jon would be a Snickers.

Iowa's already not going anywhere for awhile...

I make bold predictions because I feel like it. I stand by my statements and don't puss away if I'm wrong. And I stand by those statements in which you posted.

By the way, what if I told you I AM a prophet?

I'd believe you if you meant you were a prophet of dumb. I'd even mark it down.

Yes, you are right. I'm a complete moron. I'm a moron that achieved pretty well my entire life academically, got a college degree, and then parlayed that degree into getting a pretty good job. But yeah, I'm a real idiot. Just like everyone else like me!

By the way, let's see how many more quotes of mine you guys can take out of context. It humors me.
