But what the fuck do I know... I also took Boise State over Oklahoma.

I was a big fan of the Buckeyes as a kid when they had Archie Griffin and Cornelius Greene.

Hell, I've even got drunk with a Buckeye at the airport in St. Louis during a lay over.

Buckeye fan's may even remember this guy... he goes by the name of John Brockington.

I never remembered John as a Buckeye, but I did remember him as a Green Bay Packer back in the early 70's. Great player.

The only reason I knew he was a Buckeye, was due to the fact that he told me he was on his way to L.A. for a Rose Bowl reunion they were having.

Bright guy, and fun to get drunk with. Had some great story's of playing on the frozen tundra in Green Bay. If I'm not wrong, I think he may have also been the "Rookie of the Year" in the NFL.

Oh yeah, did I mention that Florida takes this one tonight?
I know... I'm the only one to predict the winner of the 2 biggest games of the College Football season.(Boise State)

I basically know more about College Football than you.

Where is the love for "the truth'???

Was it painful to have those two ribs removed?

You give yourself enough love. We certainly don't need, or WANT, to help you.

Try calling those big games and NOT calling games like Cal over Tennessee before you gloss yourself "MTool the Greek."

Shit for brains... I called Tennessee over Cal!

When Cal had to travel 3,000 miles and had to play in a stadium where no OOC team has won for over 30 years to start a season!!!

Psst... Cal's qb had never played a complete game in D1 football, and had a freshman playing cb with a broken hand and a cast on it for his 1st game ever in D1!!!

But, what do I know... I only predicted the 2 biggest games in College Football this year.

How did you do?

Go ahead and brag about that. The people who typically win office bowl and NCAA tourney pools are women or guys who don't know jack shit about sports and pick the teams based off the pretty uniforms or who's mascot would beat up the other in real life.

Which was it for you?

Both USC/Mich and LSU/ND were bigger games than OU/Boise.
Yeah, I called both of those also.

Do you have a point that I'm missing?

You picked the winners but you sure as well didn't explain your reasoning behind your picks. I called you on your ambiguous Florida prediction and how flimsy it was. Any clown can just say, "I think Florida will win" and never have to explain why. You had a 50/50 shot in the matter you and your side come up...bravo. At least for those who picked the Buckeyes had their reason instead of just giving an open-ended prediction.

I'm not a gambler. I enjoy the money I earn, and I'm not interested in getting involved in the redneck retirement fund.

I did notice in a recent post, you enjoy throwing away your money on the river casino's.

It's relative.

Gambling is a sick behavior.

When you start to watch games and add a point spread to it, you are no longer a fan.

You become a potential freak.

Throwing a dart with your eyes closed or flipping a coin to pick the winner of a game is more your speed, I bet...

When you dress like you are in the middle ages and trade wind chimes for Earl Campbell sausage and call that a good day, you are a freak.

Gambling is ENTERTAINMENT. If you have a problem with gambling, it's a sick behavior and you are a complete moron with no self discipline. I like to play poker. Don't bet on sports. I enjoy point spreads, not for gambling reasons. I just enjoy picking games like that solely for entertainment purposes.

I think people that play slot machines are losers. I think people that bet on dogs are losers. If you like to play some cards, throw some dice, etc, that's fine so long as you do it for entertainment purposes. I think anyone with an addiction to gambling should be tar and feathered.
