Greg Oden is supposed to be all that and more. Would have been the #1 pick in the draft, had they allowed high schoolers to declare still.

But it seems like he's only wanted for his big body.

And has anyone else noticed that for an 18 year-old, dude is awfully slow(physically)? Seems to get slower by the game, even(granted, I haven't seen every OSU game since he started getting into games).

Give him a couple more year and a couple of injuries, and you have late-career Tree Rollins, only with less talent.

I was at the game last night, and while he did not impress offensively, you have to remember that he still has his shooting hand in a cast and after the game Matta was looking forward to the cast coming off and Oden hoisting some threes.

The guy has definite shot-blocking ability and rebounds well. Of course, at 280 lbs, he is a little bit light for a center.
