Video quality isn't the greatest, but pretty cool regardless.

That was after the big man made an open court steal, if I'm not mistaken.
This is what Seer has to look forward to.

Ohhhh ahhhhh, 4 whole points.

You must see the video better than me. I couldn't read the scoreboard. The other team has all of 4?
If so, realize those are the defending champ, and the overwhelming favorite to repeat. Funny how that happens, when you have the best HS player in the country busting backboards and stuff.
After stealing balls in the open counrt from point gaurds.
Dude is crazy-sick-badass. You'll be finding out all about that next year.

No, Love did. I'm part of that current ultra high tech generation that has these things called "speakers," and when I turned them up, I was able to hear the local news anchor chick say that Love was held to only four measly points.
But hey, he totally kicked the shit outta that backboard! As if that's never been done before...

Uhm...hello?
That was early in the game. They played the rest of it at a nearby junior high the next night.
Don't have the stats.
I don't think Love has been held under 20 this season, and he sits some at garbage time.
Dude is averaging 32+ points and something like 22 boards a game...and I thought I heard something like 7 blocks, too.
Has truly been a special last couple of years in Oregon HS hoops. I can't rememnber anyone dominating like Love has since AC Green's heyday(who was truly a man amongst boys in his HS days...something you'd never sense from his NBA days, but he really dominated). Green just didn't have nearly the worthy adversary that Love has in Singler, making this season and last year's quite intriguing. North vs. South. Johnson vs Bird. Russell vs Chamberlain. Can't quite add "Love vs Singler" to that list, but it's an awesome miniature version of it. I might even have to attend some tourney games for the first time in years...since they do that in Portland, where the people live, rather than Eugene, where the football championship is.

Update...he finished with 36 points.
Pretty average night for Love, save for the backboard thing.
MaGoo -- believe it or not, there's a reason Homeboy is the #1 HS player in the country...no, really.

Alrighty, then.
I'll keep an eye out for this kid.

Way to go, Marcus.
Uhm...he was a Parade All-American last year, too.
You're really up on this stuff, eh?
Scout.com had him as #3 as a junior. His couterpart, Singler, was #6...also a junior.
Again, Love chose UCLA, while Singler chose Dook.

Nope. I don't follow a lick of college basketball recruiting. I couldn't care less, until they get that uniform on.

Apparently, Izzo doesn't either...since QQMF pulled two top-tier recruits right out from under his nose.

Enough with the U&L propoganda Dins. No doubt both Love and Singler are extremely talented kids, but Love isn't ranked #1 by the vast majority of the major recruiting services. I've only seen 1 out of 7 with him ranked first. Most have Beasley or Gordon first and a few still have Mayo. Love typically checks in at around 3, and in the most recent RSCI rankings (a compilation of 6 different services) third is where Love checks in, sixth for Singler.

Inspite of all that, we'll take him anyways....
