I'd like to see some research sometime that shows the amount of blacks actively seeking for head coaching jobs, versus whites. I've got to think their biggest "barrier" is mathematics, and not racism. If a job is open, and seven guys are considered for it, with only one guy being black and the rest white, you're asking him to have better credentials than the six other guys. Those aren't good odds.
