How sweet was THAT.....

He is what we thought he was...

a flaming curmudgeon a-hole who is as classless in defeat as any coach (save Bobby Knight) who ever walked the sidelines (or out of bounds lines).
Just made my day seeing a real class guy like Tony Dungy get over on Belijerk.

Chargerfan commenting on the "class" of another team is the absolute height of hilarity.

I'm not getting "no class" from that video.

Disappointed and reluctant to answer a bunch of dumb questions is what I get from that video.

Are you smoking crack?

Has Dungy ever done anything wrong in his life?

Couldn't make it as a player...but that wasn't his fault, it was a vast racist conspiracy, perpetrated by every white person in the country.

Calls for the fullback up the middle on 4th and long, no timeouts, down 6...but shitty ass playcalling wasn't his fault...it was a vast racist conspiracy, perpetrated by every white person in the country.

Stubs his toe on the way to the bathroom in the morning? You guesses it...vast racist conspiracy.

No wonder Chargerfan doesn't realize what classless POSes their players are...they actually think Dungy is a "class guy."

I don't wonder why.

Raiderfan does it because they can.

What is Doltfan going to do about it...hit them with their fucking purse, while shouting "you should be classy!"

I guess these classless Chargerfans are trying to steal Indy's spotlight, even though their team isn't in it any more. It takes a lot of work for losers such as them to get all of the attention, so they go to desperate measures like trolling the internet with stupidity like "Dungy is a class guy" to engage in their classless plan of trying to get attention, 3-year-old style.

I was at the game last night so I don't know what got broadcast on TV or not, but after the game when they gave the trophy to the Colts, Dungee said "this is a win for all African-Americans"

There was a collective "what the fuck?" throughout the RCA Dome. Dude is a race card tossing dingleberry. Fuck him. Maybe his kid said "So long" because his dad was a fuckstain.

Ouch. Just think of all the white Colt fans who won't enjoy the Super Bowl because of that statement.

Well, had Peyton Manning said "This is a win for all white people" I would imagine ESPN would be singing a different tune today. It just had nothing to do with the game that just occured yet he's on his fucking soap box handing out race cards.

1. You are absolutely correct about "...had Peyton Manning said ...."

2. I guess when you bust your ass to get to that level, get to that level and get to the big dance, you feel you're gonna say whatever the hell you want. Did it have to do with the "game" ? No. But the man is cognizant that he is a part of history and he's acknowledging that.

Dungy was ASKED about the fact that 2 black coaches would be meeting is the SB... His reply was..I think that it is a great thing for African-Americans everywhere but that more importantly it is GREAT time for ALL of Indy.

I'll take your word that is the quote. It was loud in there and I could not hear everything.

In any case, a simple "what does that have to do with anything?" response was all that was needed.

...my gawd James, way to kick your own ass by admitting you troll the Charger board. ..Raiduhfan commenting on anything football is halarious! You should be out looking for a coach, a quarterback, an offensive line, and a playbook that has more than 6 plays with pictures in it.

As for your last statement, it shows how long it's been since you've made a Bolt vs. Raiduh game..you should try and join us next year James. The only ass being kicked out there is the Raiduhs sorry ass and their fans as well. Actually, a perfect example of how a "classy" person acts:

Peyton Manning wrote:Asked if the comeback provided him a sense of validation, Manning shook his head.

"I don't get into that stuff," Manning said. "I don't play that card. I really don't."

In this day and age, I don't think owners and GMs are not hiring black coaches because they are black. I think they don't hire them for every open position because they feel they may not be the best candidate.

Affirmative action has its place...nowhere.

Why would it be?

I really don't understand the fascination of putting black people ona pedastal because they did their job.

As much as the hand-wringers try and deny it, owners hire the best job applicant they believe is available...despite whatever crap comes out of that piece-of-crap Dungy's mouth.

If African Americans work their way up through the coaching ranks, show ability and promise, and don't piss those in positions superior to theirs, they can expect eventual promotions or better job offers.

Where's the big freaking deal?

Is this really an issue to anybody in this day and age?

If so, why are you including ME in this vast racist conspiracy, since I'm completely innocent?

As long as tards keep making issues where none exist, it gives shameless bigots like Dungy a place to air their vile message. It sucks that this clown was able to blackmail employers with the race-card.

Just say "no" to this bullshit, people.

A "moron" is a person who refutes a statement...with zero arguments to back up anything they say.

Nice work, moron.

Oh, and you're also a complete fucking moron for insinuating that keeping the staff that coaches 53 guys, around half of whom are black, is more important to an owner than hiring the candidate who he believes gives him the best chance to win...despite the fact that around half of his operational employees are black.

Why are you so fucking gullible? Just because it suites some media members and some bigots to have you believing that utter stupidity, it doesn't mean you have to buy into it...unless you're a moron.

Nobody's hiring practices are going to change because a couple of black head coaches are in the SB.

"Hey, I really wasn't going to consider this guy before, but did you see what Dungy and Smith did? Let's give him a shot!"

Shit just doesn't work that way.

NFL owners are self-absorbed money grubbing businessmen, and they'll continue to go after whoever they think can do the best job, regardless of color.

"That's all"?

Really?

Maybe you should...maybe read your own fucking quote, moron. Unless you're going to out yourself as completely dishonest, surely you don't expect anyone(except maybe Chargerfan, since they're fairly stupid, on the whole) to think you didn't say that it was a "step forward for the AAs in the coaching ranks."

You know...since that's WHAT YOU SAID.

But since the absolute fucking stupidity of your statement has already been detailed, you decided to go the "backpedal" route, and now try to pass of your stupidity and racism as some sort of novelty, with "it just never happened before."

Nice try...moron.

So WHAT YOU SAID (since you're now having memory problems) was that it would be a step forward for AAs in the coaching ranks.

Are you standing by this (fucking moronic) statement, or not?

Bear in mind, an affirmative answer means you actually by into some vast racist conspiracy, which is based upon owners keeping "racial purity" ahead of success...but only in one department of their large company.

So, either you're a spineless pussy who backs off his (jaw-droppingly stupid) statements when he gets called out for them, or you're a moron...

Which is it?

It's a big deal to black men. Who feel that with a high percentage of black players, there should be more black head coaches. That said, we shouldn't feel the need to broadcast it. It should be left as a serene moment of progress. Dungy was asked a question and answered it with class. Dins should take some lessons from Dung.

You're right, trev.

From here on out, any time I want a job, but it's given to someone with much better qualifications than myself, I will go to the nearest reporter I can find and start screaming "it's a racist conspiracy!!!!!" at the top of my lungs.

But I'll do it with "class," like Dungy does.

Maybe doctors should do the same thing, since there's always room for "class" in the medical profession -- if a doctor acidentally amputates the wrong leg, he can just call a news conference, and say "the mvscal at the reception desk told me to cut off the wrong leg!"

If a black waiter spills coffee on your lap...yup, it's that white hostess' at the counter's fault. That's at least what a waiter with "class" would do, anyway.

I DO think that it a huge step for the AA community. the fact that I don't think that racism has anything to do with it doesn't change that. It is not like when Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier, It is just a first...so to me it is a big deal. Now throw on your white robe and go fuck yourself.

I'd like to see some research sometime that shows the amount of blacks actively seeking for head coaching jobs, versus whites. I've got to think their biggest "barrier" is mathematics, and not racism. If a job is open, and seven guys are considered for it, with only one guy being black and the rest white, you're asking him to have better credentials than the six other guys. Those aren't good odds.
