12-4-4 since he took over.
7 out of 8 points in west coast trip(phoe,la,ana,sj) and moving closer to a chance at a cheezy playoff run.
but let's add, that trade bait players are playing excellent hockey, raising their value to teams needing that #2 dman. Or depth at center, or a fat power forward.
and some quality kids a year to 2 years away, a lot to like about checketts and davidson leadership.
finally stability to the org.

Wait until he starts making the players write essays when they hit their first slump.

Of the three coaching changes in the Central, all have been positives for each team...the Blues are the only team to not have a down period though. All three teams are still alive but the Blues look like the team most likely to push for a playoff spot. It looks like Legace is getting more comfortable with his new team...good to see him land on his feet somewhere although I'm glad the Wings picked up Hasek instead of keeping him. It's not out of the realm of possibility the Blues make the playoffs. Murray is a good coach and that team has enough veteran talent. They've got a nice defense if it can ever stay healthy.

another win,
note the teams blues have beat on their run. nj,det, nash, ana,sj,etc. not bottom dwellers, but top teams in nhl.
i'm torn, i want to deal at deadline and get picks in this deep draft, and pickup the guys we deal in seasons end. but if they are in playoff race, how can you cut and run? they saw that crappy shit from laurie. i would understand, but bandwagon fans, dont understand, and leave with bad taste in mouth.
blues go 7-8 deep on defense, so dealing brwer would be an option, hes playing great, and his value increases every game from now. they have someone to fill his spot if hes dealt, especially with backman finally healthy and with the improvement in walkers game.
fire leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery

i see davidson raping the rangers for a few young players
he knows what they have in their org, probably better than their gm.
prucha?/top young player ? for brewer/?
blues lose nothing, gain young forwards and more depth at forward.
