Streaming Radio

I know this belongs in another forum, but I need a quick answer.

I'm trying to stream KLOS in Los Angeles, but their website won't let anybody in that's outside the LA area. I was listening to a Jerry Rice interview in the car that was pretty awesome.

Are there any ways to get this stream through a mirror site or some other way?

TIA

You could jump in your car and drive to Los Angeles. BTW what’s so awesome about the car?

What you need to do, if you're that desperate, is to spoof an IP address from an ISP in Los Angeles.

How old do you think I am? Hint: I'm not from the Wolfman\Mace\Luther generation (aka Mesazoic Era).

Anyway, my grandpa may not have been hangin next to him, but possibly taking a shower.

Anybody remember a DJ by the name of Frazier Smith on KLOS who called people bitches, assholes, made fun of queers, and spics....it was probably 20 or 23 years ago ??

I don't remember him using those words, but I do remember him. He sucked big time in how he thought that he was the coolest person ever.

Didn't he have a tv show for a short while?

For a mainstream rock 'n roll station Frazier Smith was quite the "shock jock", a bit of a different cat who would stir Derron's loins with fake pot smoking, cocaine snorting, and stream of consciousness babble that played well with his merry band of cool patrolers: stoners, valley girls, and Chatsworth backyard porn magnates. If I remember right he left KLOS and had an obscure weekend show on KROQ.

I bet Smackie would know.

It just came back to me that he started out at KMET. Anyone remember if that was the earlier version of KLOS, or if it was a different station (I think it was a different one, but for some reason I'm having a problem remembering this trivia from around 30 years ago. ;) ).

KMET was a different station. Not too much different.
