You'd think that by watching the pre-game show, which is the first I've ever witnessed in the hope of, oh I dunno, getting some proper analysis and learning more about the match. So far, I've seen;

Loads of adverts for a rubbish Eddie Murphy film
Loads more adverts for hair dye
Some puff of a chef
Very little else.

Is it always this cack?

Men only watch the last few minutes of the pre-game show.

The first few hours of the pre-game show is meant to plant lots of stupid questions & misconceptions in our womenfolk's heads in order to provoke us into beating the shit out of them in a drunken rage at the slightest provocation.

yeah, but they've also been blowing up the "first two black head coaches" bit to nauseating levels. duh, like we know already.

Good luck to all (Bears fans included), hopefully it will be a good game, and we'll at least be allowed that.....(although Indy blowing them out would be nice)....it would also be nice to see a championship game that was finally competitive.

Yeah those 3 Patriot wins by a field goal weren't competitive. I vaugely remember last years going down to the wire as well. But we haven't had a competitive game in so long........

Managed to hang in there until the 2nd Colts interception in the 4th. Back in the 80s when NFL games were first broadcast, you spent the morning after the Super Bowl walking into school feeling like shit on a stick, notting at the other cool kids who had also stopped up to watch it.
