Pitchers and catchers report next week...I figured this was an okay time to start bringing this up. Prototype has been M.I.A. since November...not sure where he's been or if he's coming back. If he's not around by next month, I'll gladly run this year's game. I'll at least make preparations to run the game and if he comes back and still wants to be the man, he's more than welcome to.

Bottom line, I'm IN as a player and game organizer (if necessary).

Welcome back...I metaphorically hand back the baton.

I lost my grandfather a few weeks ago...it's a picture of him and I on my 2nd birthday.

Thanks.

It's kind of cheesy but I'm naming all of my fantasy baseball teams after him this season, Bob's Bombers, instead of the usual name I've been using, Vicksburg Lakers. He flew bombing missions over China during the war and he was a pretty big baseball fan. He followed the Braves going back to when they started in Boston when he was living in the northeast at the time.

Damn shoalzie. I am sorry for your loss, but get over it. We have all lost someone close to us, but losing a family member that was getting up there in age and had been sick is not the end of the world. I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but someone that is actualy closer to you than "pops" was is going to die too.

He is in better place now. Hell, he was in Detriot!..He may have just moved to Rockford.

Let him go girl. Let him go.
