There is not a damn team in the Big-12 that seems to be able to hit wide open shots from beyond the free-throw line.

I said a few weeks ago that Kansas is NOT a Top 15 team, and I still think that. They are not that good. They will NOT make it past the 2nd round, regardless of seed, unless they get to face a mid-major in the 2nd round. The first team Kansas faces from a major conference in the tournament, they will lose. You can take that to the bank.

Iowa State can't shoot at all, but they're tearing it up lately thanks in whole to the fact that no one can make a fucking wide open jump shot against them.

K-State, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa State, Colorado, Baylor, Texas A&M.....I've never seen so many bricks put up between players on these teams.

9 of the 12 Big-12 teams don't have more than 1 player on the team that could hit an unguarded 10 foot jumper in practice.

Watching Big-12 games, or should I say "Brick-12" games, is really painful. That is some sad sad basketball.

Too bad Iowa couldn't play in the Brick-12. We might suck, but we'd probably win the Big-12.

Eaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasy there. Don't go knockin that league, it's the refs that are making them go to the line and exposing their hideous secret. :wink:

I know there are not a lot of O State fans in here, but at least you could have put them in the Big 12 list you made. But that was a list for teams that couldn't shoot...oops, I forgot.

I kind of thought that OU and a couple of Texas teams might be shooting pretty well also. Thanks to the Heupel for pointing that out.

Personally, I think the Big 10 as a whole is weaker than the Pac-10....just my opinion though. Obviously Illinois is the strongest team in either conference. I believe both Arizona and Washington are better than Michigan State.

After that both conferences get pretty soft....from the Big 10 you have Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio State and maybe Minnesota who are decent, and I stress the word decent. From the Pac 10 you have UCLA, Stanford, Arizona State and maybe Oregon...and I'm stretching the decent point with both ASU and Oregon.

I don't think either conference is all that great.

Don't disagree with that, but I'll take the Big 10 over the Pac 10 this year.
