I remember reading another story about him several years ago, where the complaint was that although the programs that he was touting did exist, many had such specific requirements that very few people would qualify. Sure, there'd be grants to open a small business, but it'd be only for women who were citizens of another country and had recently emigrated to the US. Or you could get a grant for free healthcare, but only if you made under $20,000 per year, lived in a particular state, were single and had children. ...that type of thing.

Of course we're all just dying to know what "one stop delivery" means. So I went and looked it up.
