Free Ipod Converter?

Is there a free DVD to ipod converter out there that anyone knows of?

Also you can search for any ripper that can convert to MP4 video/AAC Audio.
I haven't actually used any of these tools so I can't vouch for them. If it works, throw up a quick howto post into the dvd ripping thread at the top.
