Darryl Hannah Protests On Streets Of Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - Daryl Hannah is adamant about making her beliefs known - although we have yet to figure out what they are.

Daryl ran through the streets of Hollywood waving a white flag on Wednesday.

The actress - who is known as a big-time activist - appeared to be carrying out a protest as she moved through Los Angeles brandishing a flag made from a bamboo cane and torn white sheets. It is unknown exactly what she was protesting about.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com, "Daryl just appeared running down the street, holding a big white flag which looked like she'd made it herself. She was smiling and looked intent on what she was doing, but there was no visible writing on the flag, so what it was meant to represent is anybody's guess."

Daryl's representative has yet to explain the incident.

Last June, the 46-year-old had to be removed from a tree after chaining herself to it in protest against plans to bulldoze the land in order to erect a warehouse.

The "Kill Bill" star also has her own weekly blog promoting environmental issues and sustainable solutions, and lives in a solar-powered eco-friendly home.

Yep, and then Mike tried to link Hannah to Hillary. As if somehow Hannah being a wingnut means Hillary is taking policy advice from her. I simply offered another example of a wingnut who DID contribute policy advice ON A WEEKLY BASIS TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
