Shades of UConn from last year, feeling they can cruise by on their talent without breaking a sweat.
I do wonder if any of the Vitale/Noah/Horford stuff is causing some team chemistry issues though.

"Our staff is going to ensure that anyone who attends this University and wears the Indiana uniform will make this privilege among their highest priorities and not treat the opportunity as an entitlement,'' Crean said in a statement. "We fully expect our student-athletes to accept the responsibilities academically, athletically and socially that come with representing one of the top programs in college basketball history."
Green, our REAL catalyst, has looked stoned on the court! Glassy eyed deer-in-the-headlights.Shine wrote:Shades of UConn from last year, feeling they can cruise by on their talent without breaking a sweat.

don't throw in the towel yet UF fan. sometimes these things happen. One of Pitino's UK teams lost to Mississippi State before rolling through the NCAA.
and these are all road losses to good teams in a tough conference where there are tough road gyms and their fans are gonna be foaming at the mouth to beat yer ass and the student section looking for that "I remember being at that game...." moment and make their season: Vandy (at home is good), LSU, and Tenn.
now: by the same token, last year's UCONN team may be the comparison and the Gators fold early....but there's a lot of basketball to be played.

""On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it's the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!"
