I sure hope they get all them Al Queda traffic counters.
Is there nothing the Boston Bomb Squad won't preemptively detonate?
Meanwhile, the perpetrators of 1-31-07 roam the streets free men.

When they told them to "blow up" that traffic counter, I'm suprised the Boston PD didn't pick up the hose attached to it(visible in the clip), and put it in their mouths.

I'd say that the Boston PD is not "functionally working" at this point.
