Purdue
Stanford
Drexel

Steve Lavin is on crack....UCLA #1 seed. Lunardi has UF as a number two seed. How would like to be the number one seed in that bracket.

#1s
Ohio State
Kansas
North Carolina
UCLA
#2s
Florida
Georgetown
Memphis
Wisconsin

Florida nabs it. Still really like UCLA, but it's hard to argue with these 4 #1s.
I think UNC is the weakest of the bunch right now.

Weber State is taking out UCLA in the first round. Gonzaga to the sweet 16. Calling it.

Shouldnt even be in.
7th in the ACC. Got bounced in the first round.
FSU was 5th last year and got punished for losing in the first round of the ACC.
Fuck Duke and any Carolina School.

Tough draw for UCLA. Weber St is a VERY good 15 seed. Got a chance to see David Patten in the Big Sky conference tourney, and dude is nails.

creighton and nevada got fucked to play each other
both would be giant killers vs 2-5 seeds

Without Al next year and Coach Hamilton staying around, I dont see FSU doing shit.
For shame, FSU should demand more out of a coach. I dont give a shit if he is green or purple, fire that mother fucker.

I am sure Boeheim is beginning his lobby for 128 teams in the tournament like he mentioned a year or 2 ago.

Stanford and Arkansas get in.....
Bullshit.
Arkansas gets awarded for getting its ass handed to it by a team FSU beat.

One has nothing to do with the other. Arkansas's body of work is completely independent of FSU's.
I am sorry you guys didn't make it but 7-9 in conference sucks ass no matter who you beat. It wasn't a very good body of work overall.

Should be a good one. I believe the winner of the tournament plays Cal for the title.

The committee seems to put a lot of stock in conference tournament play, yet Duke loses in the first round to a team who isn't in the field of 64 and still gets a 6? What a joke.

True.
But he and Nance were pissed that Syracuse got left out. Did you hear them asking the selection chair about Syra?
Bwaaaaha!
Fuck you, Nance.

I've been out all day and didn't see or hear the selections. I just turned on the laptop to see where my beloved 'Cuse was seeded and D'OH!!!
I can understand the criticism that kept them out but they did play well down the stretch to include an asskicking of Georgetown.

Florida and UCLA flip-flopped...I can understand Florida on the 1 line considering they won their conference tourney and UCLA didn't. I'm a fan of UCLA's overall resume but losing in the first round of the Pac-10 tourney probably knocked them down to a #2. I have no problem with either one...I was just making a choice between the two.
Georgetown is going to be a bitch with their twin towers...the Hoyas always seem to have badass guys in the low post. Green and Hibbert really looked scary in the Big East tourney.
I think we saw that Wisconsin is on the decline...I see them as the weakest of the #2 seeds and they might make it to the Sweet 16 but no further.

nevada won't beat creighton
and creighton will beat memphis.
they shoot the ball, can play down low, and hit their free throws

I agree that if Creighton beats Nevada, they'll beat Memphis. But I still don't see them beating Nevada.
Nevada wants revenge from losing to Montana last year. They will not be an easy out.

Seth Davis is a fucking pussy. In a year where 8 or 9 teams could legitimately win the whole thing, he's got three #1s and a #2 in the Final Four.

Question for the group...PLEASE REX do not take this as a slam...
tOSU while they did lose to FLA...pretty much blew through the B 10 tourney...how does FLA get the overall #1 seed...just asking...KU, tOSU, FLA, were pretty much all deserving...again just trying to get your takes...
again Rex don't go fucking apeshit...just asking a question...if it is head to head...then there is my answer and so be it...but the body of work of those 3 teams is FUCKING impressive...not that being the overall #1 gets you anything but just asking...
I am surprised Cal wasn't a #1 out west...and yes fucking rack MGO...
god I was hoping for a NCSU upset today...FUCK now I get to hear about how the ACC will roll this tourney field and blah, blah, blah...FUCK it...GO MOTHER FUCKING BUCKEYES...
Oden is coming alive...look out...

This is going to be an absolute bitch to predict...the 8-9 and 7-10 matchups are great, there isn't a lot of seperation between the 1 and 2 seeds and with the 3 to 5 seeds. I haven't gone through and made my picks yet but I can't imagine going with chalk.

tOSU should have been given the No. 1 overall seed. Not that it matters ...
Florida looks to have the easiest route to the FF, especially if Wisconsin and Maryland play like they have in their last games. Florida will blow either one of them out of the gym if that's the case.
Oregon, if they continue to play the way they did in the Pac 10 tourney, could beat Florida, but I think the only way the Gators don't make it to Atlanta is if they show up not giving a fuck, which they did a few times this year.

Florida is a scary team to pick against. I'm only picking against them because they won it last year.
Right now I'm leaning towards Texas A&M.

Yep, because of their defense. An aTm vs. tOSU Regional Final would not suck.

That's bullshit.
10-6 in conference and bitchslap Tech in the Big XII tourney? Go toe to toe with Kansas in the semi-final and get this as a reward?
There's no fucking way anyone can justify TT being in and K-State not. Jesus H fucking Christ, Mizzou stomped Tech.
The committee fucked up big time with that decision.

Arkansas (21-13, 7-9 SEC W)
They were 3rd in the SEC W. THE FUCKING SEC WEST. Are you telling me that FSU couldnt win the SEC WEST?
I am not defending FSU. But if Arkansas is good enough to get in then so is Cuse, WVU, FSU, Drexel, ect.
