Stabbed Ontario infant in serious condition

That is pretty sick to stab ab 8 month old child, very very sick.An infant in Hamilton, Ont. has been taken to hospital after reportedly being stabbed in the chest during an incident Tuesday morning.
Police and emergency crews responded to a 911 call from an apartment building in the Sanford Avenue North and Wilson Street area of Hamilton late Tuesday morning.
An eight-month-old child was found suffering from a stab wound to the chest after what appeared to be an incident with representatives of Catholic Children's Aid.
The infant was rushed to McMaster Hospital by ambulance shortly after paramedics and police arrived on the scene. The child is reportedly in serious condition.
An unidentified woman was seen being taken away from the scene in handcuffs. Police say they have not yet made an arrest in the case.
The child's mother was reportedly at the home and is helping police with their investigation.
Catholic Childrens aid? WTF is that? Doesn't Ontario have Child Services?
