I have a User that has 4 outlook pst files. Other than moving the folders one at a time, is there any utility for combining them?
I couldn't find any out there, but I will keep searching.

The import feature in Outlook will merge them, but that begs the question, why? Archive them, and give him access to the Archived .PST's. The larger a PST, the more memory it will chew. Now if your goal is to merge them all, then archive, I can see why.

Yeah I'd have to agree with HH. If you do the import as oposed to just opening a pst file, you will import all the info, however shortly after outlook should ask you to archive them anyway. You might just want to import the contacts and leave the messages seperate.
