There is a run on shower rods in Collieville and Indiana. A&M had a good year. Good luck finding a new coach.

Saw this this morning. Like I have said, NO college coach is good for their word. BEst of luck to BCG. Put us on the map, if only for a little while. Back to being the Big XII bitch...

I think your prospects for the future are better than in Manhattan...Huggins didn't even get the Wildcats into the tournament and now they're back to square-1.

Wow ... I'm actually sorry to hear that, Indy. Gillispie was good for the Big XII.

He'll be missed.

Interesting....back to what?

UF is here to stay.....with Patterson and/or Lucas you are looking at the number one class in america. Bruce Pearl is doing a phenomenal job too. Where does UK fit into all this??????

UK=Bama

Looking for that return to greatness but just can't seem to do it. Why? Freaking parity. ANd fans that expect Rupp like results. Ain't gonna happen like that ever again.

After losing their entire starting lineup, Florida will fall out of the top 10 and towards the middle of the SEC. See you in a couple of years, Trixie.

Have a gayturd day.

Yeah, once Patterson signs we'll only have a top 1/2 class. If Lucas committs, it will be number one.

Middle of the pack? Billy's been to 3 FF's in six years. Yep, we'll never return.

Another hater signs in.

Kentucky IS bama(in football) right now. Their fans literally go....We're Kentucky. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean anything. You still have to go out and recruit and WIN games. They ran off a 26 game/year winner. Rupp is dead, Pitino is gone, and Billy D is staying at UF. How's that THIRD choice?

PS Rock CHOKE jayhawk!!!!

So which way is the wind blowing today trix?? The other day you were touting:
T REX wrote:Should you recruit a player that may only be here for ONE year or a tier two player that may stay for four years and become a huge contributer?

I ask because in recent years Billy D has stayed away from the OJ Mayos and superstars and focused on players that will stay for 3-4 years. I think after losing Miller, Walsh, Drejer, Harvey, Peep, etc all in consecutive years made him realize that recruiting superstars open you up to them leaving early for the NBA.
Implication being that the high ranked classes Donovan used to get didn't produce results but when he got a bunch of hard working 2nd tier guys they won back to back titles.

Today it's:
T REX wrote: Yeah, once Patterson signs we'll only have a top 1/2 class. If Lucas committs, it will be number one.

Bottom line is that I wouldn't count on Florida going away any time soon, but you're pretty fucking foolish if you don't think that Kentucky is STILL a major threat in the SEC and nationally. It's not like UK has to rebuild from the depths that IU had to after "coach" Davis or that UCLA had to after "coach" Lavin, and Kelvin Sampson already has IU poised to make deep runs in March and Howland had UCLA in back to back Final Fours. Gillispie will get the talent level amped back up in bluegrass land and the results WILL follow. Don't count on a royalty hoops program like UK simply fading away, as much as I wish they would.

Ummm....back to winning SEC Championships and competing for Nat'l Titles. If you think UF is going to win every SEC Championship for the next 20 years, you are very misguided.

Ask Coach Krabsinmycrotch how all those MickyDs all-Americans enhanced his squad this year. Recruit rankings are as credible as your forum retirements. Go choke on a turd.

but no matter who UF gets they will stay at least 2 to 3 years even though the money will be there...

Whoa there......they did get those second tier guys. Calathes is the only BIG name and even he is a top 20 player. Patterson would be big. He might go pro after a huge frosh, but he's not that huge superstar type like an Oden, Durant, etc.

Unless Calathes has a HUGE frosh year, he ain't going either. He recruited guys to fit his style AGAIN. The guy GETS it.
