I suppose all the "experts" are just scratching their confused noggins over this. Are you kidding me? Let's bring in a few more Sudanese, Somali's, Iraqi's etc and wonder some more where all these bugs and disease are coming from after decades. Illegal immigrants from Latin America are already packing in TB and weird strains of STD's. With any luck we'll bring in some polio to complement all the cultural enrichment we're enjoying.
