There's a City Councilperson in PGH that is in trouble.

To make a long story short, and putting it mildly, she's been utterly INCOMPETENT as a public servant for a number of years.

Her misadventures have been the stuff of legend for a number of years.

Her misdeeds have finally caught up with her, though...she was recently in court, facing serious charges that you can read about here:

From that article:

Carlisle's mother referred to recent comments made by talk-radio host Don Imus as reflecting racism in the country, which she said is now directed at her daughter.

"Anytime you have a person say 'rough, tough nappy-headed hos,' this is what our society thinks of women," Parker said. "So it's really a dangerous situation how we can be handled when things happen.

"Twanda's a black woman in the Democratic machine."

OK. This bitch has been stealing thousands from the taxpayers for years, and it's the White Man's fault?
