With renewed vigor, Pennsylvania is trying to track down 4,300 people who have bought cigarettes from out-of-state online sites or via mail order because those people still owe their share of the state's tobacco and sales taxes, according to state law.
Excellent. Make those bitches pay. By skating on their tax responsibilities, these dipshits - willfully - are taking money out of our pockets.
Did I ask you to smoke? Hell no.
Quit, you fucking idiots.

I agree with BSmack here. I think they need to tax cigarettes like $10/pack. It's mostly poor ass trash that smokes anyways who pay little to no taxes as it is.

I recall that a few years back in Canada the taxes pushed the price of a pack of smokes to nearly $8
Canadian. Crooks were hitting their convenient stores and passing on the cash register to fill trash bags with cartons and packs of smokes !

Since an automobile puts thousands of times more pollutants into the air, and causes every bit of the health-care problems that cigarteetes do, I'm assuming that you're all in favor of a $10,000 per year tax on cars to pay for my health care?
And children cost A LOT of money in health care. Screw this tax break thing...I say $20K per year per kid. You OWE me.
It's all about getting everyone else to pay your bills right?

What's that, like 20 cents here in the US? That's a good deal.

They should put a $2 tax on each fast food burger. Goodness knows, they æffect Jimmy's health care costs more than smokes.
And btw -- since when did individual states have the authority to regulate interstate commerce?

exclude smokers from health insurance.
