Ken Andrews - Secrets of the Lost Satellite

Post by MiketheangrydrunkenCUfan »

So I was listening to some old Failure the other day and realizing once again how awesome and underrated of a band they are. I started poking around on the world wide interweb and realized that Ken Andrews came out with a solo CD in March. I immediately commenced a search and found it after three stops (at Best Buy of all places). Really good shit. Sounds like a slightly mellower version of Failure with keyboards.

Any other Failure fans on here? If so, have you checked out any of the other post-Failure projects (On and Year of the Rabbit)? Failure also has come out with a couple of posthumous releases of demos, rarities, and outtakes. I think those are only available on CDbaby, as far as I can tell. I think those are next on my list...

I checked this out and downloaded it from Emusic. I like it a lot. Thanks for the suggestion.

I dig this disc more and more with each listen.

HFAL, were you a fan of Failure or the Replicants?
