It shines in my window from the west every night around 930ish, sometimes alone but mostly looks like its in sniffing range of the man in the moon's lunch.

There are only two planets that shine that brightly, Venus and Jupiter.
Based on e's link, that has to be Venus.

Didn't get the memo that Venus has been really bright for say...the last few tears?
Then I suppose you missed Venus lighting up the new moon 3 weeks ago, or whenever that was.

Awesome pictures on that web site, wolfie. Sorry for the over size page stretcher, but it's pretty cool so fuck it.

It's Venus. My husband and I had a bet on it the other night, and came home and looked it up. We saw it driving home from dinner out and were both admiring how cool it looked, and he didn't believe that Venus would be there this time of year, but it always is.

we LOVE You Ang.......
but, with you both looking up and seeing how cool it looked.....if it was anything NOT to be twisted by some Tornadic WIND....do the Lemmings really CARE?
big WIND cancels big Moon!

Q,
Silly me to forget how disasters are SO much more interesting! We still have a bit of tornado season around, so I'll be sure and let everyone know when a tree gets blown away or something. Kind of kills the whole drama if someone can still keep in touch and their house is intact, but I'll try :).

Try not to leave your teddy bear in the car, and you'll never be alone again.
