Thanks for posting the pics. I like the hinges and the textural stuff.

Regarding the Maplesville House - is that tile in the detail, or stones, or something else? Great pic.

Rack the pics. Travelogues are always cool.

You folks seem to have a rust problem in your part of the world.

Sam,
Rack the bike trip pics as usualm.

Great pics, Sam. I love old houses in small Southern towns.

Cool houses. "round these parts, we have a term for wooden structures that old -- we call them "wood rot."

In some of those other pics, some of those thingies look like trees, only smaller.

Nice pics. I guess that is the big advantage to having a 2 wheeler. When I'm in a car, its all about making good time and not seeing the sites. Rack crusing.

Exactly -- pines aren't "trees"...they're glorified cacti.

I always had this perception of Alabama as a pile of shit wasteland. Thanks to your pics, I stand corrected:

Alabama is a RUN DOWN pile of shit wasteland.

But seriously what does something 40+ years ago have to do with us now?

Why that was a great addition to the thread, rumple. The great thing about your style is that you have a definite knack for cherry-topping threads.

Hey, I'll defend foreskin on this particular point: anything goes here. If you haven't figgered that out already, then, well, you wouldn't understand.

That's where my defense of the shit poster that foreskin is ends though. The problem is that the pic wasn't even remotely funny nor did it have anything to do with the thread... well, other than it was a pic taken in the same state that the thread topic is about. Whoopdeefuckingdoo. Foreskin actually thought there was a crumb of humor somewhere in his post. Yeah, I know, I can't fathom it either.

Even worse was that he followed it all up with, "JFC, it was a joke."
Not only is that the ultimate in backpedaling, but it was unimaginable in that... it wasn't a funny joke.

Nice joke standards ya' got there, rumple. Funny fucking guy, you are.

You know that. I know that. But I was counting on him NOT knowing that. The ensuing backpedaling might have had some pile on value. Who knows, it still might. There's at least a 50/50 chance he didn't understand a fucking word you said.

It seems I am dealing with Harry and Lloyd of t1b here. BSmack and Ken, thank you for explaining to me what my post meant and what my follow up post meant as well. I guess having a mind of a simpleton will afford me your play-by-play analysis of every post I make from now on.

For that, I am in debt to you.

However, you might want to tweak the color of your material into something more accurate. Ken, your in depth survey of my "backpedaling" post very much resembles listening to Bill Walton or Rick Sutcliffe try to make inept analogies while calling a game. Very poor and inaccurate and you come off as a complete imbecile.

Ken, just stay in the golf forum.

TIA

Did you lose the link to google images or something? C'mon, sparky... post a pic. You know you want to.
Make no mistake, I knew what your post 'meant', by the way... That you're a complete dumbfuck who looks to have pauley in their crosshairs for T1B's shit poster. That's what.

It wasn't for lack of trying. The firebomb was thrown into the bus while the riders were still on board. That all were able to escape was nothing short of a miracle.

Eventually, however, Couch and another member of the mob, Cecil “Goober” Lewallyn, decided that they had waited long enough. After returning to his car, which was parked a few yards behind the disabled Greyhound, Lewallyn suddenly ran toward the bus and tossed a flaming bundle of rags through a broken window.
Someone named Goober was “flaming”? No fucking way.

Yeah, I was referring to another meaning.
