Madison police were called to one of our downtown parks on Wednesday. This park is right on one of our lakes, has a beach, and there are generally a number of bikini-clad hotties sunning themselves.

Seems there was a man sitting there watching said hotties whilst pleasuring himself. He was arrested. His name? Michael Pullum. Wonder if he has a brother named Richard.

Details On June 13, at 3:26 p.m. Madison Police responded to James Madison Park following a report of a man masturbating near bikini clad women. It should also be noted that several families with children were also in the area. Witnesses pointed out the offender to police. He began running, and a resulting foot chase temporarily stopped traffic on busy East Gorham St. This phase of the pursuit involved 6 Madison Police Officers. A short time later the suspect jumped into Lake Mendota. A crew from UW Emergency Boat Services, with a Capitol Police Officer also on board, persuaded the suspect, now 100 yards out in the lake, to join them in the watercraft.

That is unbelievable.

Madison Park was always a preferrable place to look at bitches. Too many pigs tend to frequent the Union and the large number of coeds and youngle, professional women living off East Johnson always made that Park a pleasant to place to visit.

That dude was just asking to get his ass kicking. There are always some colored males playing bball at the courts in the park. He is lucky they didn't see him as he might have ended up with more than just an arrest record.

Then, this genius had the balls to run across E. Gorham, one of the busiest streets in the whole city. He is lucky a speeding car didn't clip him whilst he ran.

Actually it doesn't.

Believe it or not, there are usually a handful of brave white boys who play ball on these courts. Not many but enough for me to notice it.

The neighborhood itself is a mostly white one. The colored come from around the city from the more unsavory neighborhoods to hoop it up there as well have a bitch or two oogle them while they play

The arrest is bad enough, but the embarassment of having to register to the site below sucks worse than anything. Ironically, I had 2 roommates straigt out of highschool and one of them just turned into a complete fuckup when he moved out and ended up going to prison for a couple of years because of a luandry list of laws he had broken. When he got busted the last time before he did his 2 year stretch, he was already on probation for indecent exposure. Fucking tard.

I strongly suggest you use this site if you ever move and have kids just to get an idea who lives next to you. Its very helpful.

I looked up his criminal history. He is black. Over 20 arrests, mostly for theft, burglary and the like. Did two different 5-year stretches in prison for forgery. Nice to see him branching out.
