Quality depth: the Holy Grail of roster filling. Are there instances where you recall seeing a position on any team loaded such that it impressed you?
On offense: 1989 and 1990 49ers QB depth chart: Montana, Young, Bono. Say what you will about Bono (you can't take that 76 yard scamper for a TD against the Cards away from him!)... not bad for a third QB.
On Defense: 2000 Ravens Defensive Tackle: Sam Adams, Larry Webster, Tony Siragusa and Lionel Dalton.
Far from this being an "all-time best" dispute thread, I'm thinking any memory shared in this sort of reminiscence will benefit in jogging others memories.
And it's still the beginning of fukkin' July.

In fact, I DEFY anybody to name a team that had a more talented group of players (starters AND backups) than the 92-94 Cowboys....hey DF, are you SURE C. Hennings was on that 92 squad?
